That said, we understand that in some cases a return may be necessary. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on eligible items under the following conditions:

Items purchased with a discount below 40% may also be returned, provided all return requirements are met.
Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Final Sale Items
Any product discounted by 40% or more is final sale.
These items cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be registered for return within 30 days of delivery

Be sent to our designated international return location

Include an approved return authorization

Be returned at the customer’s expense
A $15 handling and restocking fee per item applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sizing & Multiple Orders
Purchases made with the intention of trying multiple sizes of the same item are not eligible for return or refund. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
Jamie’s Boutique Chicago does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.
All approved returns must be shipped to our international fulfillment partner. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted or processed.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period cannot be approved.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to return an item, you must wait until the order has been delivered and then submit a return request in accordance with this policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on sale items, including for different sizes or colors. Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.
Eligible cases may qualify for a refund or replacement after review.
Tracking & Processing Information
Please note that tracking updates may take several days to synchronize within the system. This does not mean that an order can be cancelled or modified once placed.

Returns that are not registered by email will not be accepted or processed.
Return Address
Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions including the correct return address.
All approved returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment partner in China.
Please ensure the package is shipped exactly as instructed. Returns sent without approval or to an incorrect address will not be processed.
Required Documentation
All returns must include the completed return form provided by our support team.
Returns submitted without this form will be rejected.
